# 6.4 Staking and Incentive Mechanics

Staking is not positioned as a yield-generating mechanism, but as a commitment signal that unlocks expanded platform capabilities.\
Users who stake CRX benefit in several ways:

* Priority access to high-compute features
* Reduced costs for premium insights or simulations
* Increased refresh frequency for the Credit Express Bot
* Early access to experimental modules in the AI engine
* Participation in governance pilots

Staking tiers are designed with soft boundaries, avoiding rigid rule systems that complicate user experience.\
Unstaking carries no penalties beyond the loss of enhanced functionality.

Incentives are intentionally modest; the emphasis is on ecosystem alignment, not yield farming.
